How we handle your details
This notice explains what Clover Hospitality Services collects through this website, why, and who can see it. It covers the walkthrough request form only; this site has no accounts, tracking pixels, or marketing subscriptions.

What we collect
When you submit the walkthrough request form, we receive the information you type in:
- Required: your name, restaurant or business name, email address, city, and county.
- Optional: phone number, approximate square footage, desired nights per week, usual closing time, and a short message.
- Technical: the date and time of the submission, the IP address of your connection, and your browser type, recorded to prevent spam and abuse.
Please do not send alarm codes, key details, passwords, payment details, or other access credentials through the form. If we work together, access arrangements are agreed directly with you and are not collected on this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, discuss your cleaning needs, and arrange a walkthrough.
- To prepare and follow up on a proposal if you ask for one.
- To keep the form free of spam and automated submissions.
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or add you to a marketing list.
Where it is stored and who can see it
- Form submissions are stored in a private database on the web server that hosts this site. The server is operated for Clover Hospitality Services and access is restricted to the business owner and the people who maintain the website.
- If email notifications are enabled, a copy of each submission is sent to the business inbox through a transactional email service (Resend) so we can respond promptly.
- Lead records are never publicly readable, and the website does not expose them through any public address.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to manage your account. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time.
Cookies and analytics
The public pages of this site set no cookies and use no analytics or advertising trackers. The private lead inbox used by the business owner sets one session cookie for that page only.
Your choices
